This drug is used only in patients who must take telmisartan/amlodipine combination and rosuvastatin simultaneously.

○ Telmisartan/amlodipine combination

Essential hypertension not adequately controlled by amlodipine or telmisartan monotherapy

○ Rosuvastatin calcium

1. Primary hypercholesterolemia (type IIa including heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia), combined hyperlipidemia (type IIb): dietary supplement when not controlled by diet and exercise

2. As an adjunct to diet or other lipid-lowering therapies (e.g., LDL apheresis) in homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia.

3. Delay the progression of atherosclerosis by lowering total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol to target levels in patients with hypercholesterolemia.

4. Dietary supplements for patients with primary dysbeta-lipoproteinemia (type III)

5. Reduced risk of cardiovascular disease: Although there is no clinical evidence for coronary heart disease, it is recommended for men aged 50 years or older and women aged 60 years or older with high sensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) levels of 2 mg/L or higher and at least one additional cardiovascular disease risk factor (e.g., hypertension, low HDL-cholesterol levels, smoking, or a family history of premature coronary heart disease).
